Default Subwoofer Isolation

I am in the market for a subwoofer isolator, and since Big Daddy probably wont give me one of his... I was wondering what I should go with?

Auralex and ED are the only companies I know of that sell them. I was going to get the Subdude but Amazon is out of stock. What would you guys recommend?

Sub is 15x15 inches.

Is DIY out of the question? Buck for buck, it's the best option IMHO.

Not entirely, no.

Have you read through the DIY sub risers thread HERE? Risers work as isolators, and many of us have built our own. The advantages (aside from possible cost savings) are that you can create whatever size you need (15" x 15"), as high as you want or need, and ability to control the aesthetic appearence of it so that it looks good (and not out of place) in your setup. Doesn't mean you have to go that route, but definitely something to consider. The options truly are endless.

Yeah, I read through it. I am not sure if I trust myself making something as simple as a sub riser, being that it is visible.

I have the Subdudes and am happy with them. They're showing in stock for 44.99 on Amazon.
