It's a very good price on Amazon UK but I'm not sure whether to purchase it after reading reviews of Sexy Beast etc.

I have loved this movie ever since i watched it. I think i have watched it over and with my family, we get a kick out of alot of the humour, Brilliant. dunno why i never knew this was out on blu... only saw it now when the price went down

Currently £5.97 on Amazon. And having just seen on TV that the sequel that I didn't know about (West is West) is out in cinemas this weekend, I'm quite tempted to pick this up and watch it again before I see the new one.

I aint seen this on blu, but I have the dvd of this and Sexy Beast and they are both pretty poor picturewise so its probably worth the gamble that any blu release would be a upgrade over the dvd.

I always seem to get this confused with the Catherine Deneuve film 'East-West'

is this regarding the newly-packaged re-release? does anyone know if it/they come with a slipcase?
