Crazy weather out there in the east coast right now.. surprised i didnt see a thread about this already..

Yea I watched the news about that last night. One reporter said that for just 1 to 2 inches of rain can give up to 15 inches of snow.

Damn; that's intense.

So far we have about 11 inches or so, and it isn't showing signs of slowing down. I love winter storms, especially around Christmas.

Anyone of you guys want to come help me shovel...I have about 15 inches to clear out of the driveway and sidewalk...and its still falling.

I had to shovel this crap outside. Lucky neighbor has a plower/or blower/ or whatever that makes the job easier. I have to get one of those.

We can't get out of our house; we're caved in with 16 in. of snow! THe snow is blocking the door.... NO SCHOOL!!!!!

I didn't shovel as yet, its still coming don here in PA.I am hoping my neighbor a few houses down will come thru with his blower

Kotze....its Saturday back to school on Monday..you have a few days and then you are off for 12 days..

Moe you should get on that. I keep going outside every couple hours and shovel some more instead of having it pile up for tomorrow. Its still going to go strong tomorrow as well.

Currently I don't see my SUV since its buried under the snow. Nuclear Blizzard indeed it is.

We have a snow storm every year in Canada!

We are just more prepared!

They were saying, they aren't enough snow removal trucks!

That's the way you do it. You have to go out more, but it makes the job much easier.

thank you for that. i've always wondered on the days where its just warm enough for it to rain instead of snow, how much snow we should be getting

weve got 2ft here in culpeper va.

My police scanner has provided me with hours of entertainment, Accedent after accedent, Police, vdot, 4 wheele drives, ALL getting stuck in the snow

Thats not working here, its coming down so hard and fast, its twice as deep shortly after you remove it

Snow was not good snowman making snow.

We probably have close to 20" in Frederick, MD and it is still coming down. Expecting another 3-5" over night.

It must be nice icy powder then. Great for snowboarding! I need Utah to get hit with some of that pronto!
