I see it is availible in France, but I would like a US release.

Yep I looked for it on Amazon and all they had was the French Version for $59.00 and the HD DVD version for $149.00

I have it on regular DVD but on my HD TV the clarity isn't that great.
Backgrounds disappear and details are too soft.

It's kind of incredible that this hasn't been released on Region A Blu-ray yet.

The Korean release is Region A compatible, but contains the same transfer as the French release. No remaster, unfortunately.

seeing Marc Dacoscos on Hawaii 5-0 has me wondering..

when is this movie going to be released in the US on blu-ray!!!!
