Cabin Fever is one of my favorites. The Last House on the Left remake isn't too bad. As someone else said, why not buy both? They are pretty cheap.

Neither... checked your collection and I think you should buy The Crazies remake. Better horror movie and you can find it cheap

Wasn't particularly thrilled with that movie either. So I'd recommend renting that one first also.

Never seen the last house remake, I own cabin fever & it's not a bad disc. I honestly think you should skip both & get something better like Dead Alive for only $10.49!!
