UK titles compatible with US PS3s? - Blu-ray Forum

Does anyone know if the following titles from the UK will play on a US PS3?

Vanhelsing
Rise: Blood Hunter
Demons Season 1
Inkheart

I found out that Van Helsing and Rise: Blood Hunter are both region free. I still dont know about Inkheart or Demons Series 1.

Thank You, this was a big help.

For Demons it says "The Blu-Ray disc is coded for all regions (A, B, and C)".

This means Region-Free right?

Well good to know Van Helsing is region free might pick it up for the fiance if Universal doesn't release it in the US soon.

Yup yup because that is the only 3 existing Blu-ray regions available and if a title is ABC for its region encoding then it is region-free

Demons really isnt that great, personally I'd save your money and buy something else.
Unless your a fan, id recommend a rent first.
Already heard its been axed, so no second season, shame as initially I thought it could've been good

I have a somewhat similar question involving a different disc (I cannot create a new thread as I am a new member)

The Blue-ray in question is not of a major movie title - hence it is not listed on websites that list whether a disc is region-coded.

It's a limited-production of an independent-non profit documentary of Chernobyl by some Polish filmaker. Only 100 blue-ray copies are being made. (along with 500 dvd)

I would be getting the UK-English version (No US version is listed for sale), for my US-spec Sony PS3 which is my only Blue-ray capable device.

Is a limited-production blue-ray such as this likely to be region-restricted, or is that something that is only done to the major movie titles? I just wanted to be sure before I had a copy imported to the US.
