I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but is there a master list of superior imports of weak or improvable stateside / UK / English language BD's and UHD's?
An example: I have the UK Lionsgate BD of Bong Joon-ho's SNOWPIERCER and, in comparison with the Korean CJ Entertainment disc, it lacks the 7.1 audio as well as the correct 1.85:1 framing. The Korean disc is also better encoded. I would love to know information like that for other films as well in order to build myself a better collection. If there are any lists like that around here, I'd very much appreciate links. Thanks in advance ![]() |
