Default Is the Ocean's Trilogy worth it?

I've read reviews for both the Region A and B release of the trilogy and both say that Ocean's Eleven is a good transfer but not so much for Twelve and Thirteen.

To anyone who owns it... is it worth buying still?

I definitely think its worth it. I love all 3 movies, not 12 as much, but they all look pretty fantastic. If you like the movies of course its worth it, its probably a reasonable price by now anyway.

Ocean's 12 is beyond horrible and Ocean's 13 is basically a lame exaggerated clone of Ocean's 11. Just get 11, it's only $10 on Amazon.

You're crazy, 13 is great. I wouldnt even say 12 is that bad of a movie, but its not nearly as good as the other 2.

To me the only one worth having is Ocean's 11. 12 was a stinker and 13 was like a rehash of the other two with no new surprises. I would say save your money and just get 11. I think it was USA that just ran 13, check listings again if still unsure about your purchase.

Careful, bytor_one might call you crazy I live in central FL too so maybe they're just putting something in the water here that actually makes us averse to crappy sequels.

Keep in mind that none have lossless audio. Picture quality is not so great on any of them. THANKS WARNER!

Yea I was going to go buy the 3 pack but then I talked myself out it, since 11 was the only good one and 12 and 13 I would just about never watch and if I did a DVD copy of those would be just fine IMO 11 is only one worth owning on BD.

The Only reason to buy this set would be for New Lossless Audio tracks and New 4K Transfers. A 4th new bonus disc with unseen featurettes would not otherwise compel me to buy these again!

Don't listen to bhampton, the Ocean's trilogy is worth it. He's just hating on the remake and his remark added nothing worthwhile to your inquiry. While not the best films, I've actually enjoyed all three films. Will it win any awards? Probably not, but many of us do like these films.

The third film is probably the weakest of all three, but I would recommend picking them up if you can get a good deal on them. I happened to pick up the boxed set, which included all three films in their separate individual packaging, from Best Buy for about $20. If you can find them for under $10 each, I would definitely grab them.
