Appleseed UK region free or not? - Blu-ray Forum

I'm thinking of buying the UK release of Appleseed, but as I have a region A player, I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not this disc is region free?

The US release was region free so I guess the UK will be too, but I'd like to confirm before placing an order.

Yes, it's region free. All Warner discs are region free.

im not quite certain, but this might help...

UK Version states its region B

US Version states All region

i normally go here for all region questions, but apparently its not on the UK listing...

It's region free, it even has the FBI warning at the start. Info on this site is fallible as well, ya know!

It looks like the U.S. release is the same thing as the U.K release

Thanks guys. I can get the UK version cheaper than the US version thanks to a promotion at HMV UK, so I'll take the plunge and order the UK version.

I bought this version of Appleseed but the 2004 movie disc dont play in my region B bluray player even that it says region B on the disc?

Thoughts or others with same problem?
