Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced the Blu-ray release of Shameless: The Complete Fourth Season, starring William H. Macy and Emmy Rossum. The 5-disc set features all 12 fourth season episodes as well as numerous extras, and arrives via a Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet combo pack on December 30th.

The Blu-ray release of The Complete Fourth Season features 1080p video and DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround. Special features have yet to be detailed.

This is my all time favorite show, but I'm holding out for the inevitable Complete Series set.

Can't believe this didn't drop at all in price for release day. It's been at this same price for the past three months.

Picked this up at Best Buy yesterday. Gonna try to catch up before season 5 starts.

Damn this was hard to find yesterday. Target did not carry this in stores, only the DVD version. Walmart probably doesn't carry the Blu either because I tried store pickup on their website and it said it would be available on January 13th. Best Buy was sold out at my local one. Called one farther away and they refused to hold it for me or tell me how many they had left. Just a low quantity. I rushed over to the store and got one copy and there was only one left after I grabbed mine.

Jesus Christ what a hassle. But this show is amazing and this season was very good. I don't think this season has the brightness/contrast issues that Season 3 did. It looks very good. Already watched nine episodes yesterday. Cant wait for Season 5. Apparently Emmy Rossum stated on her AMA from Reddit a week ago they are signed up for 7 seasons. If the show goes that long and continues to stay this good, that will be an excellent run.

THIS! I was really frustrated yesterday. I have never had a problem finding the seasons on release day before. Looked in the morning, they had it. Went at 12, gone. Both the Blu-Ray and DVD. Looked online, the closest store to me that had it was in Delaware. Target only carried DVD, and couldn't check on Wal-Mart, but with their track record no Blu-Ray probably. I paid the extra on Amazon to have it overnight shipped. They must have gotten such a low quantity, which kinda scares me.

Sorry for the double post but this release has several issues. Half the time when you pause the episodes and the small scrubber bar shows up, there is no number to indicate which episode you are on. And one of episodes, I believe the finale, has a number of sync issues in one part.

Luckily got this from Amazon.ca for $38 CDN. Warner doesn't release this in Canada until the summer for some odd reason!
Love this show to bits. Favourite show after Game of Thrones.

Just read yesterday the show was renewed for it's 6th season after the premiere on Sunday night

Even two weeks after release, this is hard to find! My local Best Buy didn't have the dvd or bd, one of the local Targets had just the dvd and one of the local Meijers had nothing Shameless. I caved and ordered it from Amazon for 34.96. The Wife and I need to catch up before we start watching season five on the dvr. It is on demand but I'd rather watch the bds.

Shameless is my all-time #1 favorite show! I import each Season on Blu-ray to the UK every year on day 1 of the release. But this year Season 4 is staying above £30. Which I've found, not long after I buy each season it drops to under £25, so gonna hold out a while on buying this season!
