I'm getting it Tuesday like most, but in FYE today they had the DVD copies out already. None of the Blu-ray copies though which I found weird. Maybe they just didn't get any...

I'm getting it too.. I was hoping to see all the seasons together in a pic to check out the consistency.

All signs point to this being just the Blu-ray, so they will all still align on the shelf

From what I have seen online, it looks to come with a digital copy of the season, if that is what you are refering to. I work at a Walmart, when I go to work on Sunday, if I can I will try and get a pic or two and post them on here. I plan on getting this too, and am watching season 6 right now. Great show.

The boxsets for this show (With the exception of season 3) have been really consistent so I'm thankful for that!

Yeah I thought it was a little funny how they used a slipcover for season 3 instead of the slipcase/slipbox that the other seasons had. Hopefully we will have some copies in the back so I can get a look at it.

I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!! Haven't missed one show since its debut season and looking forward to season 8 of course. I only own season one and two on DVD (which I'll trade-in and/or sell), reason being that when it became clear the show was headed for immense success and many years of seasons ahead I chose to hold off on purchasing any further seasons (dvd or bluray). I'm thrilled to have chosen to do so as there will no doubt be an epic complete series box set at the end of the show's run. That's what I'll be picking up when the time comes, and considering the shows move from Fridays to Wednesdays this year I'd say at the very least it will be renewed for a ninth season to possibly end the series. A tenth clearly being unpredictable at this time. We'll have to tune in to see how it all goes.

Who else (besides me lol) would purchase a complete series collection of the show? Sound off....

We just started watching the show so we wanted the blus to catch up, plus they were decently priced. Won't upgrade to a complete series come the time

If anyone else has a Digital Copy code they don't want, I'd like it! I won't be buying this on Blu until it's $25 or less.

Well my point is most shows that are long running and as popular as this one is, will surely receive a complete series set come the end of its run. Therefore, even if decently priced at $21.99 each for bluray seasons (as they were priced this week) you're still shelling out upwards of $150 dollars after tax. And that is only for seasons 1-6, with the seventh just hitting shelves and the upcoming eighth season not due for home release until this time next year. So after all of that you're talking over $200 dollars when the inevitable complete series set with whatever extras and bonuses included won't come to that high of a price.

The show is totally worth buying of course, and I plan to in the future as I said but I learned after 'X-Files', 'Buffy', and 'Angel' that I would never fall into that game of double or triple dipping. Saved me a great deal of money in the long run holding off for boxed sets. Just as an example, and a completely different genre but still on topic lol. "Desperate Housewives" after 8 seasons were all basically priced at $39.99 (with the exception of the final season due out on the 25th priced at $17.99 after the 10 dollar Best Buy coupon) are releasing their complete series set and I saw it as low priced as 100 dollars. If one were to purchase each season separately next weeK while they are on sale for $15.99 each (excluding season 7 which oddly is priced at 29.99) it would still come to about 50 dollars more than the entire series collection lol.

Anyway that ended up being a great deal of chatter and info, not sure where it came from but it was fun in the end. Insomnia, what else am I going to do right?!!!
