I was never into Star Trek before this new JJ Abrams trilogy reboot and actually really loved it.

I wish we were getting all 3 films in 4k in steelbooks. I'm surprised we haven't yet.

I know TOC usually only does a 1 off, so we can't expect to get all 3 from this.

On the fence of what to do. I haven't seen these in 4k but want to wait until I can get all 3 in steelbook(s)

Not bad but I think the original 4k release and slip are good enough this time. ToC are so inconsistent with their steelbook cover art and more so their movie choices.

I've always been split on this one. On one hand, it's visually inventive, and an updated tribute to the original movie's 1979 teaser poster.

On the other hand, if people don't know what the Enterprise silhouette looks like, it sorta looks like a toilet paper roll with some other shapes in.

You just have to pity people who wouldn't recognise the silhouette of the Enterprise.......
