It's listed in the UK out of print thread, so looks like it is sadly OOP and retailers have run out of stock https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=331972

it's a Miramax title so OOP now, Paramount haven't reissued it

It isn't the StudioCanal Blu-ray, but I just ordered the Network Blu-ray from Rarewaves' US eBay store (No connection except as a satisfied customer): https://www.ebay.com/itm/134189985982. Different version of the film. Title is referring to the Miramax release starring Colin Firth, Rupert Everett etc; the Network release is an older film. Both are now OOP though.
