Hey I did a search on here first but couldnt find anything that I was after but is there a list of whats considered the best type of sound you can select from on blu ray movies?

For eg, I am watching Close Encounters but I dont know what is better, dts-hd ma 5.1 or dolby truehd 5.1.

A list like that can help newbs like me.
