Direct Audio, Pure Audio Mode, but not subwoofer sound? - Blu-ray Forum

Hi, I have an Onkyo 705,excellent in surround sound when I play the new formats.
Bur when I select Pure or Direct Audio I can't hear the subwoofer. Why or what i'm doing wrong in the settings?
Help.

Strange, should work. hmmnnnn, any reason why you wanna use those modes?

is this during movies, or during GTA IV by any chance? lol

Just curiosity, trying best sound performance of DVD inputs.

I have a 705 as well and same thing happens to me - even on stereo setting. I guess it was built that way.
