I love this film. I am definitely happy I own it on Blu-ray.

Just watched the blu-ray of this on a blind buy and thought it was excellent. The blu-ray wasn't terrible but this should definitely be a nice upgrade if other Spielberg UHDs are any indicator.

Personally I have no issues with 1.85:1 and the 5.1 audio on the BD

You actually haven't? Like for real? I'm not even judging, like you need to go watch it. ASAP.

It's honestly such a good movie, it's actually one of my favourite Spielberg films. It's so tightly edited and suspenseful the entire way through, almost a masterclass in action-thriller filmmaking. It's a really impressive debut.
