Considering the WB are planning a big-time theatrical release here, it’s safe to say they’ll try and chase a couple of names for the main roles. Still a way's off though.

Paul Rubens said he was working on a new Pee Wee like 10 year ago. must not be going so well?

I am so happy that hollywood comes up with all these new ideas. It is always good to see a new fresh idea on the movie screen.

yeah...i actually dont care for this at all, but wanted to post it so everyone could come together in the insulting of remakes

By what? Remaking a cult classic that will sooner or later flop against New Moon? Please. Casting Zac Efron as Teen Wolf is as bad as Burt Reynolds for In The Name Of The King.

they should have Michael J Fox in it

or better yet just re-master the original and re-release it in theatres as a "new" movie

they should do that with Karate Kid too

Its bad enough theyre remaking everything that was made in my childhood that I loved. But to attempt to cast Zac Effron in every single one of them? I dont get it? I thought they were attempting to make money?

Well I understand where everyone is coming with on this but there was a teen wolf movies in the 50's also, with Michael Landon? Every 25 years or so I guess they will be making one.
