So happy i nearly screamed with excitement! As you can tell by my avatar this happens to be my favourite movie of all time. I know i'll get some hate for it but hey i watched this movie endlessly as a child, i have the german steelbook also so this will be a great addition.

My son was just asking about this movie tonight lol. A week after his birthday but still a day 1 for sure. Is it a universal release? Shout Factory? Disney via Lucasfilm?

I remember hearing such terrible things about this film when it originally came out. Then when I got to see it - I thought I've seen a lot worse. I liked it. I think it was the concept that people couldn't catch on to more than anything. It was fun.

Yeah, I imported the German Blu-ray a while back. I even have the HDX copy on my VUDU account. It's not a good movie, but I still don't think it's anywhere near as bad as people make it out to be. Especially compared to some of the stuff Lucas did after it.
