Saw IV 4K UHD (2007)

In addition to Saw II and III, Lionsgate will be releasing Saw IV on 4K as well! It will be an Amazon Exclusive Steelbook like the other two. According to the back cover it will include some new extras exclusive this release. Release date is set for October 21st.
