Not that this doesn’t deserve 4k, but considering some of the movies Paramount has released only on Blu, color me surprised. If the listing is correct, kudos to Paramount!

There was an article that both confirmed Valance would be a Presents title, and also they're going to start releasing some of them in 4K.

This is a pleasant surprise to say the least. I'm in. I think supporting releases like this is really important for classics on UHD.

Just watched this again a couple of days ago.

So great.

Also...almost entirely filmed on sets. WB needs to get The Searchers on UHD, gosh darn it. I need that opening shot reveal of Monument Valley with all the nits.

I've been wondering when our first John Wayne 4K would come. I was hoping the first would maybe be The Searchers or The Quiet Man, but The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance is one of my favorites. Day 1!
