Angry Firmware


I've spoken to Blu-ray regarding firmware to upgrade our blu-ray player. It won't play some movies. We asked for this last fall, said we'd have to wait. Can u tell me when it will be shipped. I don't understand why this is not available to the dealers to give to their customers. It's the only frustration I have but it's rediculous when we just bought everything new.
