Next Generation Blu-ray Disc Combo Computer Drive from Pioneer Brings Improved Features for Emerging Technology


Relax, it's a BD/DVD/CD combo drive.

The first BD-ROM drive (not a burner) and DVD/CD burner. Looks to be aimed at OEM to CE for inclusion in BD players.

5x: BD-ROM and SL BD-R/RE
2x: DL BD-R/RE
12x: SL DVD
8x: DL DVD

Remember when BD would die because some drives lacked CD support?
