Default Hey! That was my idea!

has anyone ever had a brilliant idea for a product, service, or improvement? and you got all excited about your idea only to turn on your TV or see it in a magazine and find someone beat you to the punch? happens to me all the time. One of mine was, the shoes with the wheels on em '(what ever they're called). i should be a freakin' millionaire right now! What are some of yours?

Smartboards.
I thought of the concept back around 1985 while in highschool.
The very first smartboards showed up around 1992 (company founded in 1991)

And I'm not even kidding

Well mine is for Jamba Juice

Late night Jamba (select locations) would have:
tequila, vodka, rum, etc included in the smoothies.

Also, additional boosts:
Viagra, Cialis, energy blend(whatever that crap they put in energy drinks), etc

rain sensing wipers for the car

I have other ideas which would be practical too...
but I'd hate to list them out in public for fear that they might get stolen...

Who am I kidding- like I'm going to invest in the fees to patent the ideas

1 - progressive brake lights - the harder and quicker you press on the brake pedal the brighter the brake lights - if you panic stop, all the lights on the back of the car flash on and off hazards to alert the driver behind you

2 - acceleration lighting - for those people that avoid using the brakes as much as possible, a guage on the bumper - light green LED lighting in the bumper that starts in the middle in light acceleration, off when coasting and progressive from the middle-out when under higher acceleration - when crusing @ 80 MPH 25ft from the guy in front of you, it helps knowing whether he's on it or not to space your distance appropriately

you might be on to something with that one. I'd probably help you invest with that

Okay.... deep breath....

How about some sort of device that PREVENTS people from pressing the gas and accelerator at the SAME TIME!!! I mean seriously... there are people out there who press the brake WHILE they're accelerating!! The only time your left foot should be used while driving, is when you press and/or release a clutch!
