Default How do you shrink a photo image to upload onto ebay?

I'm trying to sell some movies and cd's. Every image I try and upload says it's to large and I need to shrink it down. How do I do this?

If you are using Windows and don't have any other imaging software, you can always use Paint (found in Accessories on the Start menu). Open up your picture, then go to the Image option on the toolbar and use "Stretch/Skew" to change the horizontal and vertical dimensions by whatever percentage you require.

Thank you. I will give that a try.

Worked perfectly. Thanks for the lesson.
