whats up people im new here. So i justWANTED to introduce myself properly. lol anyways Ive been noticing alot of people hating on this moviE (WANTED), on the net. i dont get it. this should be one of the coolest movies to come out on blu-ray yet. the effects are all next generation and cool as shit.
so what if the story is totally unbeleivable, its a movie meant for you to have fun. So heres to my people who are eagerly anticipating its release next week.

You're a very lucky man! I can't wait to get my copy of Wanted on Dec. 2!! James McAvoy kicked so much ass in that movie!

If you read the graphic novel or the original comics, you will understand why people hate the movie.

I read the graphic novel before seeing the movie and while some aspects I'd rather they not abandoned...
-Mr Ricktus goes from being a major villain to a faceless victim

-Superhero universe wherein there used to be real superheroes and real supervillains but it was erased from the public consciousness after all superheroes were killed

-Interdimensional travel

-Sloan going from a short "Doc Brown"-looking genius to a tall preachy Morgan Freeman

Some aspects were improved upon...
-The ending of the graphic novel was dumb, the movie ending was a major improvement

-The whole scene where we see Wesley's dad killed would've been disgusting and unwatchable on screen

-The overrall tone goes from violent nihlism to dry humor with excessive violence

-Wesley Gibson doesn't rape women who rejected him or kill people just because they pissed him off (like in the graphic novel)

-Wesley Gibson doesn't look like Eminem (like in the graphic novel)

-Fox doesn't look like Haley Berry (like in the graphic novel)

I liked this one. Maybe not quite enough to buy it day one, but eventually. It had a very Matrix feel to it, but more action oriented.

i enjoyed it watching it n the theaters.. but after reading the graphic novel i kno why most fans hated the movie.. they only translasted certain elements from the story 2 use for the movie which is disappointing.. hopefully theres a reboot sometime next decade.. im passing on this film. even though seeing angelina in 1080p is making question my decision.. LOL.

Ohh awesome. I usually get to know about digital copies from the title, but last time I checked amazon just had Wanted blu-ray
