Default Which "early" Peter Jackson film are you most excited for on blu?

Mine would have to be Meet the Feebles. The current dvd transfer sucks and this is probably his most overlooked film. It really is a hilarious and great movie.

Dead Alive/Braindead being my favourite, but I will buy all 3.

And I will never get rid of my limited edition numbered copy of Bad Taste.

Yeah, I have it, too - looks like it fetches a decent price on Amazon since it is OOP. Not too much, but better than the $2 or less that most of my DVDs are worth!

Braindead without question. Must have used New Zealand's entire supply of fake blood to make that film.

Of the 3 you listed, I'm going with Dead Alive. Though, even if you included Heavenly Creatures and The Frighteners, I'd still choose Dead Alive. I just love that movie! But really, I'd buy them all.

I'll probably end up keeping it, I've spun that DVD probably 10 times or more. Would love to see this on blu-ray!

Heavenly Creatures, if only because you forgot to mention it. Otherwise it'd be Braindead. I love that one.

Went with Braindead/Dead Alive, but Bad Taste is nearly tied. I love Meet the Feebles as well. I'll definitely be buying all three.

Of that list I'd go with Braindead/Dead Alive. However Heavenly Creatures is what I'm really anticipating.

Bad Taste with the Beetles van and Meet the Feebles sodomy song make these films just so damn funny.

Those are the only 3 because according to the news update those are the ones he is working on at the moment for blu. And I too will not get rid of my limited edition Bad Taste. I will also double dip and get all these on blu.

I know for 100% certainty that Jackson owns all of the rights for Bad Taste.

DeadAlive is my favorite but I will get them all. Love the lunch scene and the park scene with the baby.
Lets hope Universal gets their asses moving on that Frighteners blu. Along with that 4 hour making of documentary that was on the DVD release with the Theatrical/Director's cut of the movie.

They're all pretty damn good, but Braindead is my favorite by a pretty big margin. I remember watching this years ago for the first time and absolutely loving it.
