Monitor 70 at Full Band ok?

Well, I've been toying with the subwoofer (set at 80Hz) lately and it all started a week ago. I wanted to give more umph to the front towers, Monitor 70s, so I turned the band down to 40 for the towers and 60 for the center (which can go as low as 55Hz I read). Then, I noticed my subwoofer was never on! I turned all my speakers back to 80Hz all around and the subwoofer kicked on like normal again. So, I turned the speakers down the Full Band (something I never do!) and enabled double bass and the sub started working with the fronts. I immediately turned it back off. What I was wondering, was can the Monitor 70s handle Full Band? I want umph to my fronts, but I don't want to lose my sub in the process and Full Band (which highlights the doube bass option) seems to be the only way to get bass from both of them. I don't want to send my towers frequencies they can't handle though. I don't want to ruin them, so I'm worried.

They can certainly handle it..... but of course..... the volume knob is both your friend, and enemy.... as long as you don't over-do it, the frequency itself is fine for them.
