Sony S350 problem! - Blu-ray Forum

Sorry if in wrong section. But anyway, purchased sony S350 hooked it up and let kids watch wallie movie. Switched off when finished. Later went to sit down and watch hancock switched it on and panel says system err! Cant acess the menu or wont open it has completly frozen. Can anyone help! Or has anybody had this problem? Sorry im a newbie.

Either try unplugging the machine ... wait a few minutes and then plug it back in ... or, if that doesn't work ... take it back to the store for another one.

If unplugging the machine doesn't work it could either be a firmware problem or it could be the machine itself.I would just take it back to the store for a new one since its under warranty..
