Default Amazon subs info

Hey there everyone,

Ik was browsing around UK amazon when it really started to anoy me that there is almost no subs info on there producs.
So I contacted them to ask about it.

thay told me that "In the near future thay will get more info on the site."
I also send them a list of BD to check if thay had dutch sums.
They are sorting it out now...and will send me the info back.
Maybe if more people just request info like that it would give them a nudge in the back.

Yeah it's been bothering me for a while that by having too many products they often just do some lazy work when cataloguing all releases.
I hope that what you did will make them a bit more aware that people seek important information (such as Audio, Subs, Region Codes, etc.).

I think the main problem is, most UK press releases don't mention technical specs at all. And most Amazon products are added from press releases/retailer notices. It's not really Amazon's fault - the information just isn't available.

And of course, the datacentre isn't the warehouse, so the entry staff never see the final physical product to amend the listings either.

if you want to complain, complain to UK studios to do better press releases!

There'll always be someone placed higher in the chain of command that'll be responsible. Although Amazon.co.uk are a bit more convincing than consumers are.
