Also known as "the white van scam", I know a lot of unfortunate people that have been tricked by it. Now, I live in Arizona and it happens here quite a bit but I was curious if you know any other states that it is happening in?

Anyone who sees people doing this should write down the person's license plate and call the cops. It is illegal to do in many states so be aware.

i live in canada ,and the white van tried to sell the divinci crap in the parking lot of blockbuster.
