is this supposed to be 2 discs or 3? The back of it says 3 but I opened it up and there is only 2. What is the 3rd one?

If you look on the discription at the very end of it. It says:

but my copy only has 2 discs

Are you sure you weren't looking at the DVD? There's only 2 discs on the BD.
