Default Convergence on SXRD(A2000)

Does anyone know how to adjust the convergence on the SXRD A2000 models?

I'm noticing, with my DVE disc, that in the pattern with white lines and circles to test for over scan, my white lines are messed up. On horizontal white lines it's red on the top with yellow below it, white in the middle, and blue on the bottom. On vertical white lines it is green on the left side, white in the middle, and purple on the right. I can only notice this when i'm about 5 ft away, however, the red i can slightly see from my couch(9ft). I wonder if i can get BB to fix this with the warranty i have.

Checking on a warranty repair is going to be your best bet but since there is nothing mechanically wrong with the TV it is unlikely that they will do anything with it. Unfortunately, there isn't anything that you can adjust convergence on. As of the SXRD TV sets, their convergence was factory set in the optical block, so the only way to line them up is to get someone factory trained/certified to open the optical block and hopefully realign those chips. If you want, I can call the service techs that work for me and see if an operation like that is even possible and if so, how much it may cost to do so. Just email me if you would like to do that.

Maygit, do you have the latest FW update for your set?

I remember the a2000 having an update that greatly improved the sharpness of the set.

I don't know if this is the problem, regardless it'd be something to look at too.
