Since you're asking for feedback, I think that all the media/books/pictures/art detract from the aesthetics that I look for in a "theater", making it "average". That's not a knock per se, just an opinion of what I look for.

Nice room and I like the seats. Looks like you have a lot of equipment, but I'm not sure what you actually have. I do think VinnAY may be on to something about the aesthetics of the room with sooo many books, mags, blu's etc..surrounding the TV that it could create a distraction. One other thing, how is the sound from your surrounds since they are literally right next to your seating. Perhaps they would sound better if you could raise them a bit, as they look a little blocked off by the seating. Just an opinion, as that is what we do here in trying to help each other......

Hi,
As some members noted already, & I Assume it is that way because you prob. have no other options (?), with the TV, speakers/dvd's, etc., all in the same case, it is kind of cluttered. - Hell, I'M One to talk - I have some extra Blurays/DVD's on MY Tv stand as well, though i'm working on getting a different larger stand shortly. Also, as noted by Forsberg21, if you could Raise up the rears (1-2' maybe at least) I think you would notice an overall improved sound field. Good Luck!

I like it. I assume you built it yourself. I really like the dark wood, and all the room for your gear. The seats look uncomfortable to me but I have to think they work for you or you'd change 'em.

The one thing I really don't like is the speaker setup. That has to cloud their imaging and sound I would think!

They're backed into those boxes he's built that I can see. They're very close to the walls and back.

i love the wall unit, its very sleek Are those B&W's rear ported? I can't remember... If so i would try to find some port plugs for them, it will help tighten up the bass and prevent chuffing from the air coming out the port and hitting the wall.

Overall, its got a fantastic look, kudos

Yeah, that was my biggest concern personally. I dunno if they're rear ported either or exactly how far back they are. They're fantastic-looking speakers though, and as I mentioned I love the overall room.
