Samsung BD-P3600 BD Live

can someone please help me to get the BD live to work. i done a net work test. and got ticks on everything. but when i connect to BD live and select to download something the 'downward' faceing blue arrow turns to a X for about 2-3 seconds then goes back to a blue arrow? is this normal? cos i cant see where its saving anythin or if it is actually downloading anything

I am using the BD live on 'Da Vinci Code' on a samsun BD-P3600.

also when i try to log into CineChat it says are u sure ur connected to the internet. even though i am and did a network test beforehand.

I believe I had trouble with bdlive on this movie myself. It took awhile to load on my 4600. I think it might've been a server issue since it was when the movie was first out. Turn it off....put it in....let it load as long as it takes. Some of this bdlive stuff can take forever the first time.
