Default Samsung BD-P3600

Ok, so i went out today and returned my 1600 and bought the 3600 blu ray player.

The menu shows up to pick a network now but when i choose my network it takes me to the security screen where you pick like "open, wep, wpa etc".. so i've tried all of them and i enter the correct password and after 5 minutes it says unable to connect..

Now, when i try to enter the password on either of the WPA's it wont let me press connect (blue "D")..

Anyone have any advice?

I'm having the same trouble. For protection levels, I'm set at wpapsk. After I put my password in, I press the blue button and nothing happens. When I cursor over to the "connect" button on screen (the one that is signified by the blue button), I try pressing enter and it just enters in additional characters in the password field. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

You could wire it up with ethernet and a router.

Unfortunately not an option. The room is at the opposite end of the house where we have the modem/router combo. And the walls are brick, so drilling and snaking through that much is out of the question.

Up through the attic or down in the crawlspace or basement?

Appreciate the help Sammy, but unfortunately that's not an option either. We'd have to run a cable outside. The room we're using this in was an addition (on a slab and not covered by an attic). It's crazy, I know, but not doable. THinking of taking this thing back and going for another player altogether.
