Default Samsung LN40A650 Video Setting Question

I have the Samsung LN40A650 and am very confused. I slipped in "Casino Royale" Blu-Ray and noticed that there were options to making the video settings entirely different. There are Dynamic, Movie, and Standard. Which is the best? I thought that Dynamic had a beautiful picture and is the best, but some tell me it will kill the display, hurt the television, and lower the life time of the T.V.. Some say it does not hurt it at all and the lifetime will be the same. The movie is way too dark, hard to see very much. The standard is alright, but the colors are not very vibrant. Which setting is the best? Will Dynamic hurt it at all? Please help! I'm so confused!

Dynamic pretty much jacks up every setting on your TV to max, while it may display amazing colors etc, they are not accurate at all. I find movie mode with warm2 the best settings.
