Default Samsung LN46A650 And LN40A650.

Hey guys I need some advise. Well I cut down my choices to 3 HD tv's today that I wanna get to replace my KDL46V4100 Sony Bravia. I looked at both Samsung models and just loved them. Pic quality is outstanding to say the least, they have 120hz with Auto Motion, the red bezel that I love so much and on and on. BUT I also looked at the Sony KDL 46W4100 that also has 120hz. I am stuck on which to buy. Do I stay with the trusted Sony? Or do I pull the trigger and go with either Samsung model? I have to admit I am a Sony loyalist and I have always trusted their products and have so far gotton great enjoyment out of my current HD tv and so of my freinds are already saying to stay with what I have and dont get rid of it because it dont have the 120hz feature. Well the 60hz judder and flicker bothers me so that is the main reason why I want to upgrade to a newer model HD. I will have the cash to spend this weekend and I have narrowed my choices down to 3 HD's. I want to hear your guys opinions and if YOU guys think I should just save my money and keep what I have and upgrade maybe to a surround sound system. I know its my choice in the end but I would love to get your opinions. The more the merrier. So guys what should I do? Should I get one of these HD's tvs or just stick with what I have. All opinions are welcome.

If you had said the Sammy 850 that's what I would go for but as far as Sony, the W would be a better choice. That's my 2 pixels.

Sony. Bust up and get the 52", or keep it and get a killer sound system with the same money (that's what I'd do; TV's are going to get cheaper real soon...)

I have the Samsung LN46A650 and I swear by it. It looks so good that it has persuaded four of my friends and family to upgrade.

I'm sure though that if you select the Sony you probably won't regret it. But I'm a huge Samsung fan.

I set up my buddies W series and both of my brothers V series and I have to say that they do look nice, but I will say that when I come home to my Samsung, I am still more impressed with it then any of theirs.

In the end you need to go with what your heart is telling you to get so that you don't get buyers remorse. Personally the only sony series I would buy is the Z series. Otherwise I am getting a Samsung.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of those choices. I have a Samsung and love it, so I'd go with the Sammy.

Stopped at Circut City today really quick. They have their HD prices marked down only to 10% off. So I am gonna wait until Friday to see if they marked them down any lower. The had 2 of the KDL46W4100 Sonys in stock plus the floor model but otherwise people still aint buying even though they are closing the doors! I will tell ya I never have seen such a set of gloomy faces as I did today at Circut City. The sales people didnt seem to want to help any of the customers and had an attitdude of "we dont care anymore". I guess I wouldnt either.
