cant play on LCD screen

hello..
i play blu ray movies perfectly on laptop
BUT
when want to HDMI to LCD screen it stopped as i am using
syberlink power dvd

can some one help me with this in details???

yes,,

i can see my desktop on my lcd screen but when playing
blu ray movie with cyberlink power dvd it shows snowy screen with an error message , it says:
can not initialize secure desplay session error code 0122
then to solve :
1-incompatible graphic driver. <-- not this reason for sure
2-do not use dual monitor to play back this movie.
3-please run BD\HD adviser tool for more information

yes fixed ... i was try to solve this problem so i changed some things
in the invedya controll panel so now got a new problem lols

its i can see a small part only on lcd screen of my desk top
i have tried to change reseletion but didnt fix

so the problem now is that i can only see the left half of the desk top
background on my LCD screen.

how to fix it and make the 1 and 2 screens the same ???
