I like the TV on the wall and the entertainment center underneath. I small raceway wouldn't hurt to cover the cables going up into the TV. You also have a nice collection and it looks like you are pretty handy too, as all of those shelves are filled already. The Polks are good performers for what they are, but I'm sure this and a new sub are probably next on the upgraditis list .....good job

Nice setup. I agree you need to hide the cables from the TV to the Cabinet.

Great selection of movies.

Thanks yeah I like the look as well, Yeah i'm buying a raceway online today. I didn't buy one when i got the wall mount because i wasn't sure what i wanted to do about them yet. Yeah the polks were nice starter speaker just to get the HD audio going. I'm going to get the AA HD12 Sub soon, I just lost the auction on ebay yesterday by $2.50 Then i will slowly start upgrading the fronts & center.

Much, much better!! Is it painted the same color of the wall or does the pic just make it look slightly different? If not, I would paint it to blend in that much better with the wall. Either way, it looks much better now!

No its not painted but its very close so I don't think I will paint seeing as how we painted the walls about 5 years ago and I have no idea which color we painted it exactly. So I'm fine with it being a little off.

I love it, its has clear and precise bass. My old 8" polk was such crap compared to the AA HDSUB12. The polk would always bottom out it was annoying. It always sounded muddy and unclear. The AA sub fills the whole room with bass and sounds clear it brought my surround sound back to life. Now I just can't wait to upgrade speakers like we talked about the other day.

Sounds like a winner. I'm glad you are happy and got the improved bass response you wanted. Hmmmm, a new AA sub, then the speakers, then perhaps a receiver, then.......you know how this goes, so be careful..... seems like your fighting a bout of upgraditis....

Yeah the only problem is i just got over it about a year ago. No really the only thing I want to upgrade is speakers then get apc or panamax power conditiner and i'll probably call it done for a while.

If I remember right, I think you got a new TV at the beginning of the year, right? So you seem to have gone about this the same way I have. It all started in January of this year when I bought my Sammy 650. I was hooked after that......but I never knew I would appreiate the audio end of things like I do now. I think I like the audio more than the video because you can do a hec of a lot more tweaks to improve the sound on your own, than you can with video. I still want either another SVS sub or possibly a projector before the end of the year......

Yeah I got hooked on video first then audio after I got my first setup that could play the HD audio tracks. Now I'm like you I appreciate the audio a little bit more than the video. We think alike because once I get the things i mentioned in my above post I'll probably be buying a house sometime soon and then I will be thinking projector and a HT room in the basement or somewhere. I have a Stewart screen company right down the street from where i work and we've done buisness with them before hopefully i could get a deal on a screen when it comes time.

Just updated my Gallery again with a few pics of the new Samsung LN46B750 & the Pioneer Elite VSX-21TXH receiver. Also moved the book shelf to the left of my setup to free up the room a little better. Added a few pics to the Screenshot folder but they aren't great quality.

Yeah I would make the jump right now if I had the space. The money part is awesome since there really that expensive. Hopefully when I'm ready the 1080p ones will have come down a little bit.
