Default BD+ Licensing for BD-ROM is transferred to BD+ Technologies LLC.

Looks like licensing for BD+ is starting. This confirms Paidgeek's comments that they were very close to finishing.

This is the entity that handles it

Soon enough, Neo will be flying on Blu-ray... and if Warner would release V for Vendetta, Batman Begins etc... that would be sweet too. I wonder if any of the studios are taking note of the Blockbuster news... just a matter of time methinks.
