Default What is causing ps3 video 9 to blip and cough?
All my mov's I convert into MP4 splitter and putter using ps3 video 9. Can someone recommend a different program to do this?

Or alternatively tell me what options on video 9 cause the putter putter effect. Its like its wanting to skip a frame here and there causing popping and crackling sounds. I found mp4's of the files I wanted to do and they run fine so its definitely the converter software.
