Same Releases - Differently Sealed

Probably a silly question here:

I got two of the exact same BDs.
This is just because one came with a replacement-order from Amazon
because some others in the same order were damaged.
Anyway, they look exactly the same, only the plastic around them is different.
One has the plain stretchy plastic around it, I believe they use heat to shape that around items.
I keep forgetting the name...
The other one has this hard crunchy plastic around it, with one of those strips to open it,
with 'Blu-ray Disc Blu-ray Disc Blu-ray Disc' on and on printed on it.

Is this strange or is this common?
Both ways are common in general, but just that I find two different ways on the same release...
The second one I described looks most official, but yeah, maybe it's just wrapped later.
Like a while ago they might have been the first way, later with the 'Blu-ray Disc'-strip on them.

I know, silly, but just wondering what that's about. :P
