Spoke to samsung and they say they are working on some new firmware to be out in a few days.Not happy but will have to wait and leave it in my collection unplayed.

Several people have been given the same answer by Samsung, and it I hope it is true. I would like to squeeze another 6 months to a year from my 1400.

Yeah want mine to last as long as it can,as im going to orlando for two weeks with my kids in aug money will be tight lol

Anyone know anything about the new firmware? I've e-mailed Samsung, and never heard anything. It's kinda making me mad...been waiting on this forever. One of my all-time favorite movies and all I can do is look at the case.

Does anyone have the right tech number to call for Samsung. The number I found is serviced by people that have ZERO idea of what I am talking about.
