Backing-Up PSN games - Blu-ray Forum

I thought I read that you could back-up games you downloaded from the PSN to an external hard-drive. Is this accurate, and if so how can I back my games up? I want to know how to back up individual games, not everything. (My hard-drive is only 20 GB and I am not always connected to the internet to redownload)
