Help 2 blu rays disk stuck in side!!!!!!!!! - Blu-ray Forum

i have a sony model 300 with 2 blu ray disk stuck in side of it thanks to grandson need help to get it open thanks

You will probably have to take the cover off to get the tray to open.

Take the outer case screws out. Then you may be able to remove the discs from there. You may have to take the cover off of the top of the disc mechanism. Then you should be able to remove your discs.
