Default new lost fan but getting all 5 seasons at once

I just watched the pilot and I liked it. I have all 5 seasons as a set on pre-order from amazon as it is cheaper that way so I won't be seeing it until december 10th but I cannot wait

i loved lost through most of the first season. the pilot was awesome. it got real old for me pretty quickly. most people i know, though, have kept with it. my wife finally got fed up with it around season 4. they bring you in too often without any payoff. i just couldn't take it.

i really do hope you enjoy it. don't let me give you a negative impression of it.

I always heard great things about the show and happened to catch the Pilot on ABC one night at 1am a few weeks ago and liked it... bought the first two seasons the day they came out. I breezed through the first season in like 2 weeks.

Great show, you won't be disappointed by your purchase. The Blu-rays look and sound great!

I would get the 4 seasons that are out right now but if i did and bought the 5th season in december , i would have spent close to 250 dollars on them instead of the 170 something dollars amazon is offering for all 5 seasons in december

Amazing show. Watching it on blu-ray is the best possible way to experience it and you're lucky you get to view it all for the first time without commercials/week-long waits. Enjoy the ride

no...if you ordered seasons 1-4 on amazon right now, that would be 155ish dollars. you would be able to get season 5 for 45ish in week 1....so 200 would be the total.

that's what I did! didn't want to wait to watch them in December, I want to be caught up in time at some point during the 6th season. i figured 30 dollar difference, no big deal over the course of so long until season 5 is released

I just now noticed the lost promotion when buying 2 or more on amazon. I don't have cable so I just wait until they are posted on the net or on video

I'm still gonna have to wait until december anyways as I have a ton of stuff on pre-order already that I need to get before anything else

My wife and I watched season 1 last week, and this week we are watching season 2. So far we really enjoy it, but I am starting to get frustrated with the lack of answers thus far. Seems like they give you questions on top of question you already have. Loved the first season though and half way through the second season my only complaint is not enough answers. Just my op.

There's always going to be more questions than answers with Lost. I personally didn't really enjoy season 2 but all the future seasons are great. I can't wait until the final season starts. Although I love Lost I also like a show that doesn't drag on and has had a long-term plan for ending the series.

I just started to watch Season 5 and my oh my is it good.

I hated Season 1... it is a lot of character development and boring but if you can get through that... then it really picks up in Season 2. SEASON 5 so far has been awesome every 5 minutes there is another twist or something you don't expect.

I will decide how great a series this is once it is all finished.

Really??? Most people love season one, but get frustrated during season two. I loved all the flashbacks. We find out so many secrets about the castaways past through them.

as a huge fan of LOST i've noticed that its a show for die hard fans, people who will watch every episode, and have a clear enough memory to notice all the subtle season 1 throwbacks as far in as season 5, its a smart show, well written, and can get the toughest of the tough bawling by the end of an ep. greates show ever made and will be talked about 50 years from now
btw, just did a season 1 rewatch in a day

Wow! I am surprised at your comments. It took me about 5 months to get through season 1 the first time. I just didn't get into it at all. Once season 2 started I was hooked though. I think all the big things happened in Season 2. I loved season 4 too but I am hoping 5 tops it(so far so good but only 2 episodes in).

Seasons 1 and 2 are the best. 3, 4, and 5 are good. I hope season 6 can top them all.

I personally would rank the seasons:
1. 1
2. 4
3. 3
4. 5
5. 2

I was absolutely hooked throughout the first season but actually quit watching halfway through season 2. Once season 3 came out on Blu I caught up on the show by watching season 2 on DVD and season 3 on Blu.

But that's exactly what Lost is...they always had a long-term plan for ending the series, and as of Season 3 or so, they had a firm end date, as well.
