Default $$$$Blu-Ray discs$$$$

Hello. I've joined the Blu-Ray world. I'll have an LG burner, OPPO player, and a new Canon HF-S100. So I was real happy until I bought some blank BD-Rs. How do they expect the world to switch to HD and Blu-Ray burners when the discs are $10 a piece? Im used to just wasting DVDs on 6 minute movies. I guess those days are over.

well, if you go with 25 gig it's 2.70ish a disc for a write once, which isn't too bad. But you'll have to give it time. DVDR's were expensive back in the day.

Thanks for the welcome. Both of you.
And thanks for the link. $2.75 a disc is 75% better than what I paid at Best Buy for 3 Verbatim BD-Rs (25 gig).
