Milk gets a March 10th Blu-ray release date

Universal Home Entertainment has confirmed that MILK starting Sean Penn will have a street date of March 10th, U.S portion.

I do own the documentary DVD "The Times of Harvey Milk" though and I love it.

Really great movie (I was around when it happened!), though the print I saw at the theater looked pretty fuzzy, with faded colors. I don't know if Gus Van Sant wanted to go for an 'old' look or whether it was an anomaly of the actual print (or projection system) I saw. I'm hoping the BD looks a little better.

I'd much rather see Punishment Park out on BD, but then I haven't had a chance to see Milk yet. It might be a film worth owning.

That was the way it was intended. There should be lots of grain in this for grain fans!

And I will definitely be getting this on Blu. Best film of the year!

I'd buy this without any extras because it's a superb film, However, it sort of irks me that the deleted scenes will only be available via BD Live. I personally think that is a useless feature, and have no idea how to use it -- nor do I care to. I want features ON THE DISC!
