Default Set-up Help

So I just moved and figured that I might as well properly set up everything this time, and I need some help...

I have the KEF KHT-3005 speakers, an Onkyo 605, a 60GB PS3, and a LG BD300.
First off, which BD player do I use for this set-up, the PS3 or the LG? Right now, I use my PS3 in the main player and the LG in the bedroom. Any reason to switch?
Any special settings I should use on the receiver?
Speakers: Large or Small?
Sp Type: Normal or Bi-Amp?
Multiplex/Mono: Input (Mux): Main, Sub, or M/S?
Multiplex/Mono: Input (Mono): L + R, L, or R?
PLIIx/Neo: 6: Panorama: Off or On?
PLIIx/Neo: 6: Dimension: -3 - +3?
PLIIx/Neo: 6: Center Width: 0 - 7?
PLIIx/Neo: 6: Center Image: 0 - 5?
T-D: LstnAngl: Wide or Narrow?
Under HDMI settings, do I enable "LipSync"?
Under Analog Multich, what does "SW In Sens" do? Do I set it to 0, 5, 10, or 15?
Also, I set up the speaker distances already and just wanted to make sure that I was supposed to set it based the the center optimal seat?

Thanks for any help.

Speakers: Large or Small? There is no setting like this on the Onkyo 605.
Sp Type: Normal or Bi-Amp? Normal.
Multiplex/Mono: Input (Mux): Main, Sub, or M/S? leave on default.
Multiplex/Mono: Input (Mono): L + R, L, or R? leave on default.
PLIIx/Neo: 6: Panorama: Off or On? leave on default.
PLIIx/Neo: 6: Dimension: -3 - +3? leave on default.
PLIIx/Neo: 6: Center Width: 0 - 7? leave on default.
PLIIx/Neo: 6: Center Image: 0 - 5? leave on default.
T-D: LstnAngl: Wide or Narrow? leave on default.
Under HDMI settings, do I enable "LipSync"? not unless there's an issue.
Under Analog Multich, what does "SW In Sens" do? Do I set it to 0, 5, 10, or 15? leave on default.
Also, I set up the speaker distances already and just wanted to make sure that I was supposed to set it based the the center optimal seat?

Answers above. Run the mic calibration instead of using your own measurements.

if you are goig to use ps3 in the main room , make sure you get a good HDMI cable, since the only way you can get DTS HD MA is thru the hdmi,

now, i know many people disagree that a costlier hdmi makes a difference,

the truth is, it makes a difference, when you are transmitting a lot of data over a long distance.

also to get dts hd ma, make sure you have your player/ps3 output set to bitstream for the home theatre reciever to decode the audio.

prologic 2 & neo 6 are only helpful, when teh reciever does not have enough audio information for all your speakers, eg; mp3, vhs, etc.

@ other users : im not a pro, feel free to correct me.

The PS3 can't bitstream dts-MA or TrueHD. It needs to decode and output PCM. Bitstream is OK if you are using the other player.

Set speakers to small. The analog multichannel settings have no effect since you are using a digital output from the player.
