Sorry, that's a pass for me. I love horror movies, but that just looks stupid.

It looks pretty Lovecraftian.
Which means, I guess, that it could be a great story that might not translate into a good movie.
Then again . . . From Beyond kicked opinion.

Projectile birthing? Haha, I'll pass. Most horror movies nowadays don't impress me, and I think this one will get lumped into that category.

I normally get forced into watching Horror movies for some reason (Sorry can't share why ). Most of the time I am disappointed with the movie. I hope this one collapse on day 1, and be out of theaters the day of the release. But I highly doubt it.

lol that would be nice. I'm still waiting for a good American horror movie to be made. Something that has a real unique style to it, something that's pretty creepy. And not the usual teeny stuff where they throw in as many cheap-ass "made ya jump" attempts as they can. I'm talking a movie about something EVIL, something that will stay with you. That would be pretty cool

As far as I know there is one maybe two good American Horror Classics The Exorcist and the Omen (the original one). These movies were/still are creepy to my opinion.

Yeah they did a good job with The Exorcist, I'm waiting for a modern version of this movie. Not the same movie, but a new movie that will shock the world. I haven't seen The Omen yet, I should rent that soon. I saw the newer one, was crap.

The original was done way better than the newer version. definitely worth checking out.

My bro mentioned something about another classic called Rosemary's Child (I think, not sure about the title) I haven't seen this one though, but I will be checking it out soon.

I am guessing that is the title of the movie. Anyways, hollywood nowadays tends to screw up the genre (horror), mainly I believe is because who they are targeting for an audience. I say they should give us something like you said earlier, and dismiss their targeted audience (between 18 to 21/25). They won't have a classic out there for a while if they continue to go after the money (mostly).

the lead guy in the movie got to be one of the worst actors ever. The way he delivers his lines are laughable. It looks like another stupid horror movie like The Unborn.

Yeah I wanna see something crazy, something shocking. And not gore-type shocking, I wanna see a very adult horror movie. You're right, they're just spittin out teen movies to make more money, rather than finding a good director and a good story to make something pretty wicked.

Although we won't like the reality, but money is the drive for things nowadays.
